Just wanted to post this has I know sometimes some big company's get a lot of bad rep.

About a week ago a button on my Thrustmaster t flight stick stopped working , it's not one I usually use anyway and decided to persevere with it.

Last night my main trigger button went aswell. I am less than one month away from my 2 year warranty so on the off chance I contacted chat on Amazon to see what my options were. I thought they may have told me to return it direct to Thrustmaster ( It,d probably cheaper to replace than do that).

Anyway explained my issue on chat and they got the order number sorted (purchased Nov 2014) and without any questions asked they are shipping me a brand new stick for no cost to me whatsoever ,and they are collecting my old broken stick tomorrow free of charge.

Exemplary customer service from them and I thought I'd just like to share my findings in case anybody else is thinking of purchasing off them.

Cheers all

High over the Front
I have had nothing but a positive experience with Amazon.
The USA version of course.
In fact the large portion of anything I do online comes from them. About the only thing I don't do through them is Avangate as a matter of fact.

Nice one Duke,I'm glad you've had very pleasant experiences from them aswell.
Yeah most of my stuff comes from them..it's actually the very 1st time I've ever had to contact them and then I nearly didn't. It's saved me the cost of a new flight stick anyway thumbsup

Good news! I'll put this in long-term memory.

In theory, there is no difference between theory and practice. But in practice, there is.
