Darn you.
Just by the name alone, in the interest of "realism and fairplay" I am forced to check it out.
If I get shot down from the rear, because I can't do a Linda Blair, I will be most unhappy.
Hehe...just kidding...thanks for the above. Anxious to give it try.

Yes, I have used old version of OldHat's TIR limited had movement profile. However, after several flying hours I had to revert to "standard" TIR settings, because my neck pain and my eyes started to squint biggrin. It was simply too real to me (to my eyes) I could not bear with and do not squint. smile. But it is up to everyone taste.
Thx OldHat thumbsup

I created a TrackIR profile quite some time back that only allows you to look around as far as you likely could when cinched up tight in the cockpit of one of these old kite. I highly recommend trying out OldHat's version as that limited movement adds yet another layer of realism to the whole affair.

Sure dutch, here is the download link for a rar file containing the profile I use:

Lou's Limited Movement TrackIR Profile

Just unpack it and place the xml file into your own TrackIR 'Profiles' folder and you should then be able to pick it when you launch TrackIR. Let me know how it works for you.

Happy Flying!

Pilots often mentioned, just prior to a forced landing and when they had time to think about it, about "tightening their belts."
As mentioned and expected I suppose, once in the air they were often loosened up a bit just to help them look around better.

Somewhat related did the Allies ever use the "over the shoulder" belts?
