I am really enjoying the operations although it can be frustrating if you are on a team of scout snipers who will not even try to take objectives.

Haven't seen anyone playing operations, controls for aircraft in SP are dumbed down to the point of frustration; no rudder, seems roll and yaw are combined because you cant actually roll so its almost impossible to follow a lead on the AI. But the game is gorgeous.

Weird, i only play operations mode, lots of players.

I5 8400 , 16gb , GTX 1070 oc , Win10 64bit . Virpil T-50 27" monitor with 2560x1440 rez ... DCS + Oculus CV1 + Samsung Odyssey . (odyssey is better for flight sims)

Well I've only had it for a week but every time I join in Operations I sit there for a long time waiting to accumulate players til I finally join some other mode instead.
