Yes it was a give-away but I can't remember what for?
Maybe a "We're sorry" thing for something?
It's only for a couple of ships otherwise I would like to see it on my Python. That would probably look sweet.

Oh forgot to ask. Did you buy the "Apollo white" skin?
It's funny you mention this because I was just thinking about such a skin thinking about the science of heat/space etc.

IIRC, it was a give-away after they changed Horizons from a stand-alone Season product (which included all ED base content), to a "DLC" style product, which still requires a separate purchase of the base ED game.

This was done to make life easier for Steam users, IIRC. Having Horizons as a separate product caused issues with some Steam data/stats/stuff.

Yep, the Apollo White is one of my favorites.

I see my new Cobra skin all the time, with planet landings. Seeing my ship from outside in the SRV is part of why I decided to buy, plus tossing a few coins FD's way.

Yeah, having proper flight sim style F1/F2/F3 views would be great, there are so many litte details on the ship that can be almost impossible to see, as well as landing gear animations and heat vents.
