Hi Folks; Jim Attrill has been kind enough to generate a basic survey form which will capture all the particulars of people planning to attend the Dawn Patrol Rendezvous. I thank you for that Jim! I will receive an update of the survey contents weekly and I will post the results in this link. The intent is to share the data amongst us so that it will be much easier to make contact with each other when we are there. If anyone can suggest a common meeting place where we could gather while at the site, that would be great. Dawn Patrol Survey Link - click here If anyone has problems with the form, please PM me with the details Best Regards

I don't remember where I'm staying--Hope Hotel, or something--and don't know the phone number. That info's not really relevant, anyway, as I won't be meeting anyone there.
As far as a meeting place at the DPR, I suggest the Aeronaut Books tent. It's big, white, adorned with signs, and can't be missed.

I was hoping that all participants would send me lots of money so I could get there $$$ Some hopes I was there for a visit in 2012 and vote it the best aircraft museum in the world. I could have wandered around for many days just looking at the exhibits. My Wife also loved it but she is strange that way without being in any way aircraft oriented. She was most taken by the B24 for some reason. As she is only 4'11" she would have made a good fighter pilot as most of them were pretty small as well.

My wife also can't read rules. She got into a Sherman tank at our local war museum before being ejected by the attendant. She then got into a WWII Italian mini submarine when they weren't looking. She said it was most claustrophobic! I managed to keep her in check at the USAF museum ....

Just want to keep this thread alive since it will be helpful to know how many items Lou and I will need to carry with us to the show for dissemination to the attendees, and of course how to contact all of you when you get there.
Best Regards;

Quick Question-- I have no car ( but do have "GAS MONEY" ) so what hotel makes the best situation?
Looking forward to this event and meeting all of you folks.

What is the Red Roof Hotel that most are going to?
Is there any other hotel that is close to all of the activity?
Thanks
