Duke's post below "Wow! I need more time to play WOFF...",
reminded me of an incident that happened last summer.

I was sitting in my back yard enjoying a glass of wine and the paper..I happened to look up I see what thought was a flock of geese. I hear the drone of aero engines. As they approach, I didn't know if I should take cover or run to the hangar. A bit surreal for the moment.

Some geese!

In theory, there is no difference between theory and practice. But in practice, there is.

One of those appears to be a SPAD.

Did you ever find out what craft they were and where they came from?
I think there are a SPAD and a Nieuport 28, maybe.
