They have Oculus Rift support, and I'm pretty sure I've seen someone mention that it works for Vive using ReVive - I've got the beta, which I downloaded mostly because I wanted to try it in VR but I only had the time to launch it on monitor quickly once - I wasn't impressed by the feeling of flight (ie I didn't feel like I was flying at all and it also felt partly on rails (is there some sort of automated assist to keep you from crashing or moving far away from the track? I remember looking at the settings to be sure I did have the most realistic ones though).

I heard somewhere that they where thinking on VR support, but so far, without it, there are no camera pan controls whatsoever in the game.. I wondered a bit about that. So I think no Track-Ir, can´t say anything if VR support is allready in, but maybe Monkey is going to tell us
they have a nice video replay function, with direct-to-yt feature it seems. Overall i would guess the buisness model is going to be micro-transactions, there are a lot of purchasable items in game.
the flight model does not include states like stalls or spins.. it is twitchy in input strength but otherwise very stable.
The later planes are a more challenging to fly and include blackouts:

Ol f@rt gamer since Ti99
It is a beta, after all... Thay have stated earlier that it will have a realistic flightmodel. Bit I guess we'll see.
And it's CESSNA like in sessna, not chessna!!! ;-)
Well, definitions of "realistic" in the sim world my vary. I doubt much is gonna change between beta and final.. But if you´re inclinded to believe fullmouthed publisher promises, I´m not going to stop you
And, where I am from, it´s Chess-Na, off course you can complain about that, but said complaint will only be processed after you´ve said "Messerschmidt-Bölkow-Blohm" at least once correctly. ;=)

But seriously, being swedish, having studied german for 3 years and lived one year i Berlin, I feel confident I'd do a whole lot better than schezzna... ;-)
that´s superduper awesome for you. So you can jump straight to try Państwowe Zakłady Lotnicze ;=)
Meanwhile I stick with Chess-na. Sounds simply better then that nasal sääässsnä and those things are stable enough to play chess on the dashboard. Everybody has to live with some others that butcher words for convience, or did americans even ever try to get Eisberg right instead of iceberg or Kindergarten instead of kindergarden?

I was in Budapest to watch the race this Queen's. Quite excited for this. With the rain I found a beta key and had a quick go last night.
Wasn't a fan of the physics or control set up. Track IR program reconises that air race is running, so support must be on the way. It looks like it is purely time trials, was going for a heat system like the task races, would be much more exciting. Will have a proper go next week.
I do get the impression it will be a few to play game as well with repairs already in game.

LoL! Ok, DrChebra, i get that linguistics ain't your thing... :-D
mrDoll, you need to check your language support. Not all polish letters are in the english alphabet;=) if you don´t know how, just copy paste it into google..

no, absolutely no physics interactions modeled, whatsoever. Understandably so, since it is a marketing tool for Red Bull and the their real world race series (the parkours are all modeled after the real ones) so they don´t want any crashing whatsoever associated with it. You can´t even crash into the ground.
Update: but they did just add two new tracks and 4 new plane plus some minor changes like new player icons etc... Even the flightmodel got some mild tweaking, but fundamentally stayed the same.

The last patch did tweak and change some minor things and mostly the new plane fly "characterless" in a way.
But from what I see, I think the flightmodel will always remain geared towards "arcade" leaving out all complex stall and spin modeling as well as any sort of crash mechanic (absolutly 0 colidable objects in game, including the ground). Which makes sense, in a way, because the game is a marketing tool for the red bull airraces and they probably don´t want anyone to do depictions of crashing into the detailed spectator stands.
Some of the planes do feel quite fun, on all the flightsides of "normal" flight states, there is even some G effects added now. Basically for minor course corrections the modeling has a good feel, but in sustained turns or much rudder use or anything else then following the track you can really see the limits of the modeling approach. I guess it is also a bit for balancing, you get an initial speed loss when maneuvering, but it is not continuous, so if you get lost and pull a bit of a long high G turn, you have not nearly lost as much energy as you would think you have and are still in the race. Ideal lines beat "low control deflection" aproaches at good times through the course in this game, clearly.
some more testing of the Su-26. Very fun.

I like the part in the first video at around 3:04 where Zebra says "But we're going to leave that now" as he flies off the intended tutorial's course to go and do what Zebra does.
