sorry but what is this: 2) Fixed an outcomes file issue pertaining to certain Windows10 Region combinations of the Digit Grouping setting and the Decimal Place Setting?

Can somebody explain this in something easerier to read.

Some regions around the world use commas "," versus periods "." in numbers.

But what does it do to the woff game, what is now being improved.

If your not having issues currently then I will guess absolutely nothing.

I and propably some others had an error message "can not read outcomes.xml" or something like that when the observer got wounded and in the outcome.xml his health was written as 86.6666 or 33.3333 or anything else with a "." since I use a German Windows 7 and the Decimal setting in the Regional Settings under Windows is set to ",". When I changed it to "." the error didn't come up anymore.
