I've been having fun with it, pure quick shooty madness.
Make sure to fall into the magma in Inferno, best death animation in the game.
Scully: Victim died of multiple stab wounds. Mulder: *throws her a file* Ever heard of the knife alien?

Definitely! I fell into the molten metal once when I jumped to try and grab an armor item but I fell short. I love your new signature by the way!

For the most part, my game purchasing decisions could be made just by looking at Panzermeyer's Steam games list. Doom has been downloading all night. I'm even tempted to give Aliens: Colonial Marines a try.
The issue is not p*ssy. The issue is monkey.

I bought the game and all of its DLC for about 8 bucks so it was worth getting at that price.

After you are done with coop, really try the TemplarGFX's mod.for A:CM's single player. Makes it really worthwhile and the guy is still updating it -http://www.moddb.com/mods/templargfxs-acm-overhaul DOOM has become a hit at a slow pace. It has sold about 2M copies on Steam according to SteamSpy: http://steamspy.com/app/379720But that site only gathers info from Steam sales, so the sales from other sites like GreenMan Gaming and boxed copies from GamesStop or Amazon are not in that stat. So it could easily have sold more than 3M copies on PC only. I think it had a slow start due to the initial bad impressions on the multiplayer free trial, that was released before the game, and initially, pricing on the basis of only the (very good) single player campaign being worth it. Filesize was also a deterrent for some (80GB with all DLC, 67GB after the new patch with all DLC) and having Denuvo, which some buyers avoid at all cost (and have since been removed). But for sheer FPS fast pace action, excellent soundtrack and having the best performance in most hardware configurations than any game I have ever played, I do not regret paying full pricing for it on day 1 (minus DLC, which is nice to have now for free, but I will probably never play). 2016 Game of the Year for me.
