Hi~everyone~I want to modify the old f15 joystick:add 4-way switch is a difficult work,so 3d print is the best choies.
Does anyone have the 3d print file of the warthog 4-wary switch such as:trim dms tms?(i will use solidworks)or any suggestion?

These are available in Thrustmaster - dont know if they sold for non registered Warthog/Cougar users.

In Digikey/Mouser you fin 4 way HAT switch (the switch body+"hat"), prices start from ~35$ for APEM(CH like) to 80$ - 1000$+ for "military" models.

Other than this option only DIY with 3D printed "hat" and 4/5 way "directional switch" and some work.

I understand, I am working on whole switch assembly, please wait for day or two and it will be finished.

Hi, i took me longer than I expected, It will be finished soon, I need to correct a few more things. It will be a 4 piece switch assembly, like in warthog or cougar. A spring will also be needed, but I think it will work well without it, It just adds a nicer tactile feel.

Heh, I was about to do the same exact thing... did you stick to exact TM dimensions so they can be used as drop-in replacements in those grips?

I tried to make replacements for TM. I need to test this first.

I made something, I ordered a few parts, for testing, they'll be here probably next week.



Two prints are necessary, one print for base 3 parts and one print for hats. I made two versions of the base. Base also needs 4 switches small spring and 2,5mm screw.
