Matt Norman is a joke.
Everything he has shown in the dev video posted above are models that he has purchased from Turbosquid yet his is saying over and over his team has designed the buildings and everything in the video.
Even the inside of the police station and the cells are all paid models available to anyone on turbosquid.
Hardly progress since he floated the idea back in 2012. His a fraud that has made next to no progress since launch in 2013. Anyone who donates to this clowns project be aware. No progress is being made, he is a video and production editor who can slap together projects for low budget films. Don't put your faith in this project.
Look at the video's he posted in 2013, and look at the postings this year......3 years of no progress. This guy should work for Aviodev, he will fit right in.
Just a hype train for a rip off of Enforcer: Police Crime Action
My source is
Here Writes the article himself, publishes on his own website, and this JJ cole??? non existant.
This bit is my favourite of the entire atricle
Matt Norman didn’t go into this light-hearted. In 2013 he put his law degree on hold and instead enrolled at Evocca College to get his Games Development Degree. He hasn’t yet finished that degree and yet has the making of one of the most anticipated games of 2015 in his pocket. [size:12pt][/size]

Ghost rider is a movie he produced himself, a z list film, bogus
He never acted in anything he says.....yet your more than happy to throw money at this bogus game???
he says he was 1CDO Australian Army, he couldn't even cut it in the salvation army.
These are the facts.
Sometimes it pays to look into an idea before throwing money at it.
