Hi James, sounds like a fantastic flying collection! I've also got DCS and some of the Silent Hunter games - left them off my install this time but I might come back to them.

How are you liking the CLOD and BOS/BOM series? I haven't looked into them because, frankly, I haven't had a rig that could even hope to run them until recently. Curious as to your thoughts on that. Also, congratulations on the recent publication of your Richthofen volumes! I look forward to giving them a read! As someone in the midst of writing a very long form work, I can only imagine how much time and effort two volumes took!

Cheers!

I haven't played much of anything lately but when it was hot, I really liked the Brothers In Arms series of games, especially the last one, Hell's Highway. I had a special attachment to these games as 3 of my Great Uncles were Airborne in WWII, with all 3 of them making the D-Day jumps. 1 made all 3 jumps and survived the war, albiet with a piece of metal in his right a$$ cheek.

As for other games...

Skyrim
Panzer Elite (PP2-x)
GTA IV (moded to look like the 80's)
Flatout
F.E.A.R.
Tons of the Lego Games I play with my daughter still
Open TTF
Minecraft

Yeah... I know.. boring... LOL!

OvS, it cannot be boring to play with your kids.
That is actually playing on a higher level IMHO.

Crusader Kings II, Fallout 4, Stellaris and Battle Brothers. Not able to spend much time on them due to RL, but that is about to change - have plans to spend most of the time flying WOFF!

Too many to list properly biggrin

I have 220 games in my Steam library, 90 on GoG, and maybe another 60 or 70 lying around as physical copies. If only I had time to play them...

My main time committment is flying MS Flight Sim with my virtual airline, both jets and some heritage propliners. I have a big collection of payware for my FS9 intall.

Besides that, the ones I've spent the most time on in the past year are Command: Modern Air and Naval Operations, the Steam and Iron series, the Combat Mission series, Command Ops, Space Engine, ArmA 2/3, and, well, a whole bunch of other stuff. Although I haven't played them much in the past year, Falcon BMS, Silent Hunter III/IV and BoB II are always on my hard drive and I plan to get back into them eventually.

If you're having trim problems, I feel bad for you son
I got ninety-nine problems, but my pitch ain't one...
