Hello everyone,

I have been racking my brain trying to remember a particular flight sim but I have come up empty. I want to say it was back in the late 90's or early 2000's. It was for either the C64 or Atari ST, had solid, vector graphics and was a helicopter flight sim. The only other thing I can remember about it, and what I liked most about it, was that at least one of the helos you could fly was a Hughes 500.

I've gone thru YouTube videos and the internet but haven't found it yet, so I thought I'd come to where all the "simmers" like to gather!

Possibly Gunship 2000? You could fly a Hughes 500 in that.

Thanks Chucky, but I don't think that was it. I want to say it was a little more obscure than GS2000. Almost around the time when F/A-18 Interceptor was out for the Amiga and Atari ST. I may have my dates a little off, by about 10 years! LOL

I had an Atari ST and I'm trying to think what it could be but so far no luck.

I may even have played the game but the old memory isn't what it used to be.Kome,I think Thunderhawk had you flying a fictitious helicopter only,I may be wrong though.

Nope, wasn't Thunder Hawk (but thank you komemiute). To say I am embarrassed that I don't remember anymore than I've already told would be an understatement. BUT, having said that, I do remember this game...one last thing I do remember about it is the method of firing your rockets...press and hold button and left on joystick. I remember that being a little odd at first. I know one day it will come to me and I can mark this perplexing mystery off of my list.

Got it.It will come,be patient.
