Yes, I've also noticed crater symmetry on a few planets. Wouldn't be surprised to see that eventually updated, along with a few other details such as crater rays..

Social interactions.. zero. Since the private groups for the trip are closed, I'm playing Solo mode.

More post cards from the other side of the Milky Way. I'm now 43,000 LY from Sol.

A brown world with a shiny brown topping on the poles...

Approach and landing at Waypoint 17:

Waypoint 18 is high above the galactic plane, about 50LY or so below a large nebula.

I climbed past the waypoint into the nebula, this was as far up as my Asp could make it.

Waypoint 19: Rendezvous Point. A ringed moon orbiting a ringed planet.

Here the moon's rings and the Ecliptic intersect above the base camp.

...where is a 2-AU sized snooker cue when you need one!

There is a theory which states that if ever anyone discovers exactly what the universe is for it will instantly disappear and be replaced by something even more inexplicable.
There is another theory which states that this has already happened.

biggrin If we use black holes as pockets retrieving the 'balls' might be somewhat problematic.

IC 4604, near the pipe stem nebula. IIRC it is only about 500ly from the bubble so close enough for a quick sightseeing trip. It is difficult, of course, to show much of it in a single screenshot. Here is another one

A few more to keep the thread going.

SDE - What skin is that? I haven't bought any skins yet but I am tempted to get a white one for the Asp. It makes it look much better on screenshots.

I believe it's called 'White Apollo' the only other skin I bought was the orange/yellow Viper, which also looks terrific.
