I know that Steelbeasts looks, how to say politely, well it looks "dated" graphic wise when you compare it to other games.
But to high-light at which it exels a small comparison of mapsizes:

Valid point Ronin.
IMO,To accurately simulate armoured warfare I believe you need maps this size. or even bigger

With a yellow overlay for the 2S1 min-max range from SW corner, and blue for the effective range for US M1A1HA or DK/SE/Pol/DE/NL/CA/ES Leo 2 with HEAT and APFSDS from the co G coy vehicle.
