Hes an evil clown for hire who stalks young victims for a week, sending them scary texts, making prank phone calls, stalking them from a distance, and ultimately attacks them with a pie to the face. And yes, he expects to get paid for it. Talk about traumatizing a child for life!

I remember that 20mm had a thing about clowns.
I wonder how 20mm is doing. Anybody heard from him recently ?

I have known a couple of people who were seriously upset/scared by clowns. I don't understand it but apparently it is not that uncommon.
Regarding the evil clown for hire (assuming it is real), I suspect that a parent who paid for a service like that could be held liable for child abuse.
