I know this has been asked before but those threads are dated and hardware development marches on. The need has become clear that having rudder pedals for certain aircraft (like the Dr.1) would be highly beneficial. Anyone have recommendation for (preferably non- Saitek) rudder pedals? Functionality at a cheap price is a bonus!

Why non- Saitek??? I have them, and they never failed me in all the years.

I am currently using a TM 16000.M on Olham's recommendation. Good stick! The reason I needed a new stick was I couldn't get my Saitek X52 Pro to work with my new computer. Big problem if you Google it and Saitek Support was worthless. As a side note I should try it again with W10 and post-Driver Booster. Anyway if you guys are willing to vouch for the Saitek pedals I don't mind being adventurous. And my X52 Pro may be useable again. I'll know this weekend.

It would appear, after some quick looking around, that the Saitek pedals I can get (in stock) are approx. $200.00. This is a little more then I wished to spend on what, at this time anyway, is kind of a experiment to see how I like rudder pedals in general. Anyone use the CH Pro USB pedals? I can get a set of those for less then a $100.00.

Have not used the CH Pro - reason I did not get them is that they appear to be narrow. The Saitek Pro Pedals work good for me. You found NEW Saitek in stock for $200?? ===== Others that I am aware of. Thrustmaster Brand new - End of May Shipping? http://www.amazon.com/Thrustmaster-Flight-Rudder-Pedals-Playstation-4/dp/B015PII6YI$90 - cheapest - narrow than even ch? CH Productshttp://www.amazon.com/dp/B0000512IE/ref=...JTSZQ53TECVME6R$130.00 Dated - Narrow? Saitek - pretty much out of stock everywhere - have been for quite some time. No idea if they are actually shipping. Possibly purchase on ebay prices are crazy? http://mfg.simundza.com/productsExpensive 256euros + VAT + shipping Order now for delivery in July Possibly the best available? VBK http://www.gostratojet.com/TRudder4Pedals/index.htmlJune Shipment $249.00 (US) These have more of an up/down movement intended for a desk chair.

The pedals are closer together there, but AFAIK they are good hardware. Not available on AMAZON here, but in AMAZON UK they have 5 stars. For 100 bucks, I'd say: get them!

It was mentioned that the CH Pro Pedals are narrow. Not sure where that idea came from. They are, if anything overly wide. Hi, That was just my thoughts when I was purchasing. For example this shows there is about 13" inch's outside pedal to outside pedal. http://forums.eagle.ru/showpost.php?p=1078354&postcount=4The Saitek Pro Flight Pedals are 16" Just seemed like they could be a little cramped.

Yes, slight less, width is ~12.20" (31cm) - distance between pedals is 2.16" (5.5cm). Approximate measures, source: http://www.checksix-fr.com/articles/Arti...der_Pedals.htmlCH width is 13" and distance between pedals looks 1/3 of width, maybe ~3.5". BTW - VKB T-Rudder don't have brakes, but their T.Link software allow set a button in joystick as brake for both wheels and adjust differential brakes with rudder pedal movement.
