My thanks also Rick, count me in as well. Hopefully I can last a little longer.
But gee 70+ victories in 30 sorties... better than 2 victories per sortie. That's some darn good flying. I have a lot of practicing to do. Lot of times I fly the mission and do not see a soul.

. Well done everyone and congratulations to CW3SF on your victory. Lost a lot of good pilots in this one. And many thanks again to Rick for hosting yet another fun event. Drinks for all I say, and on the winner's tab! .

Congrats to all survivors, to CW3SF and Fullofit for beeing the hotshots here. Hope all the others enjoyed their time, too. And thank you Rick for setting up this challenge. Was great fun, as always, although not for long. Young Lou Reed, from eastcoast, a wannabe Indie Rockstar ahead of his time, volunteered to serve in the Great War on the other side of the big ocean... he enjoyed his nimble Nieuport, he had some challenging missions, some uneventful flights aswell, had the honour to led his fellow pilots twice; had one large scale furball with Albs (A wing supported and in fact joined the battle), resulting in a confirmed kill, another fight at his disadvantage saw him fleeding injured, forced to do a quick and uncomfortable emergency landing. His sixth mission was desasterous, while trying to avoid being shot upon he forced his Nupe beyond her limits, resulting in a collapse of her left lower wing... Crashed in NML...
Was great fun anyhow and would love to join another challenge...

Congratulations, CW3SF & Fullofit - that were impressive Performances! A Casualty-Rate of more than 2/3... ...a challenging Challenge... @Rick: Yeah, Reruns are a good Idea... one of the first Contests was the Eindecker-Challenge, right?

Well, James Franco's secret is lots pf practice. Make sure he is relaxed before every mission. And if all else fails, pretend to be dead, let the enemy pull alongside you to naively check if you're really, really dead and not pretending and then: Good luck to everyone in the next challenge. Can't wait!
