Oh it looks very pretty and I will certainly follow its developments to see what it's going to be. Ultimately, for me personally, it's going to depend on the quality of the AI. If it's got stupid AI, I get bored too quickly, no matter how pretty it looks. Hopefully they give it brains to match the beauty.

What the #%&*$# did I just watch...

I know I'm getting old, but there is no way my brain could process those visuals fast enough to even appreciate what the game appears to be.. which is a hyped-up Hollywood style, first person shooter.

Yea it's cgi, there is one gameplay moment with ingame graphics though.

Well I feel confident that it isn't going to be Arma III for WWI.

It will probably be a very fun Battlefield FPS game set in a hyper sensationalized WWI backdrop...where prop planes fly at mach 2. If it comes out on PC, I will probably get it because it might be enjoyable for exactly what it is supposed to be. That being said, I don't think WOFF 3 has any fears of being taken off my SSD because there's a new historically accurate WWI flight sim in town.

It will be the usual 'same old' stuff as all the BF games... whether it be modern warfare, star wars or even WWI... it will be 'run and gun' getting power ups and 'leveling up' to the max... usual gumpf!

New informations:
No steampunk, no fictive components in BF1...
BF1 will be largely historic correct, but no WWI-Sim, so some things will be interpreted (tanks will be faster and MGs movable) for gameplay and pace...

I'm sure it'll be fun, but it won't be a true simulator, so no need to abandon WOFF anytime soon.
