Been a tough winter and been so busy, saw this was released on Itunes and downloaded it right away
this morning. Told the wife about it after supper and she was game to watch. This movie is Kick @ss.
from start to finish. This movie was great. At least I can watch over again as many times as I want
now. Gotta love Stan Lee`s in it.

Fun movie. Loved the opening credits. Marena Baccarin. (Do you think I have a chance now she's divorced?) Deadpool one liners never get tiring like Spiderman's sometimes can get. Cicely Tyson!!??? I haven't seen her in I don't know how long. Their chemistry was entertaining.

My only blah was Colosus (?) Big Russian X-Men dude. He looked too CGIish and distracted me when he was on screen.

I waited for a scene between Negasonic Teenage Warhead and Vanessa.

Soooo disappointed.

After all, they pushed all the boundaries in the Vanessa and Wade sex scenes montage, so why not a scene with two hot ladies loving each others?

In today's age and times, 2 hot ladies loving each other in a movie (and in real life) is very common and absolutely not shocking at all.

It's actually chic!

Agreed. "Cruel Intentions" did that and that film came out 17 years ago.

No one will care. That water passed under the bridge a long time ago.

Cruel Intentions or Deadpool?

Deadpool had the Ferris Bueller's copycat.

Cruel Intentions had nothing.

I watched 1/2 of it - the first 15 minutes where awesome, the opening credits incredible

then ...

I don't mind violence in action movies, but on a movie like Deadpool, where you want to laugh, the explicit gore turned me off.

Morena Baccarin is Brazilian, daughter of Journalist of Globo TV.

She is hot.

I take it you never read any comics with Deadpool in them. If anything, the violence was subdued.

He even says it in the movie. He is no superhero. He is not even an anti-hero. He is a merc. The Merc with the Mouth.

the story is fun to watch - but too many Tarantino moments, something that in the comics is fine but on the big (in my case small) screen makes it too real.

And T. J. Miller as Deadpan. That could have been his latent mutant power, Deadpan.

Just watched it again tonight with our son. Was so funny listening to him watch it. In real
life, he has mouth as bad as Ryan Renalds. He was just rolling out of the recliner watching it.
Told him, be sure to keep it to yourself when going back to work at Walmart unloading trucks.
Could get you into trouble with any females on the line.

I saw the movie at an AMC Prime (lazy boy chairs) with a theater loaded with young and old... and I mean very young and very old as well. I think some of them thought this was going to be yet another one of those SFW Marvel movies.

Surprisingly, no one walked out.

It was rated R, it they couldn't figure it out from that, the fault would've been theirs.

I bet some people didn't even look at the rating, they just saw it was a comicbook movie and took it for granted that it was for everyone.
