I thought maybe it could add to ambiance if there were a bit more planes parked at your aerodrome before starting a campaign mission.....WIP

What I would love to see included (dreaming is free), is planes in different states of maintenance, planes without engine, aircraft parts disseminated and any other sign of restoration to good condition being accomplished. Extra parked aircraft is sure a good start though Oldhat, yep.

Oh wow that would be fantastic. Not sure how the hell you could ever do it, but it certainly would look cool. That said, Kudos to OldHat again for adding yet more immersion to the sim sir. You are a modding force to be reckoned with! salute

Well, that would certainly be very cool, indeed. It's a bit beyond my capabilities, but maybe Lou has something up his sleeve to do it.

OFF3 did have planes with mechanics doing maintenance in front of the hangers. If you have a copy of OFF3, you could probably port some of those models over to WOFF versus trying to create the models.

That's a great idea Panama. I do have a copy and will install it on my machine to see what's needed. Thanks again for the suggestion.

Yes he has Robert, and I hope he continues! However, these two seem unimpressed:

Based on their cheeky behavior there must not be any officers about. winkngrin

(this is a repaint I did a while back of the poker players found in the fantastic CFS3 mod, Mediterranean Air War - a must have IMHO)

Brilliant, Lou!
Do you think they could simply be "activated" from CFS3 into WOFF ?

You just need to drop the folder for this into the 'buildings' folder of WOFF and then add them to whatever facility you wish.

OldHat, what I have is what I've gleaned from CFS3 and its associated mods over the years, and what I've found at places like Sim Outhouse (SOH). When I get home I can take a look at what I might have but in the meantime you should look through the places I've mentioned. I don't build any 3D models myself, I just re-purpose what has already been created by the real artisans.

I wonder where your load times go, and if the sim won't stutter,
when you place so many more mods in to it?

I'm still waiting for permission from the MOD's author to use his work. But here is a sample.

EDIT: Good news! I just got the author's permission to use his work inside WOFF as a free MOD.... yaaaah!

Here is a sample of what to expect....

Hey, that's cute! Most of the stuff looks just awesome!
Mind you, the tent hangar is too short in depth.

I have no measures for them, but I know they had two fighters in there,
and were able to work on them, when it rained.
So I used a drawing of an Albatros (wingspan 9,05 Meter; length: 7,33 Meter),
and my logic - and came up with this.
A tent hangar must have been ca. 20 Meter wide, and 18 - 20 Meter deep.
