Many simulations have a video recording function.In DCS I can view the video of my flight after the mission.I can do this IN EECH ?

You can generate log for Tacview (tacview_logging in EECH.INI) and replay it later in that program.

In EECH world does not rotate around a player, a player is just one of many pilots in the game.

I haven't tried it in a while, but couldn't you record the mission using FRAPS?
True, it's not part of EECH, but it has always worked well for me, in the past.
