I am always in awe at the skills of skinners and 3D Moddlers. That is something impressive indeed. Thanks, Lou!

Looks awesome Lou. Hopefully we'll see it in the game soon? Would love to fly under it.

Did you guys ever complete the fence and tower for the Boistrancourt aerodrome?

.

Thanks guys, glad to know it's looking good to you all as this project continues to progress.

OvS, Hauksbee has been working on those items but he's had a move and a few other things come up since we started that project. Actually, I am getting a bit concerned as I've sent him a couple of emails recently as well as a couple of PMs but I've not heard back on any of them. Hope he's OK.

Lou, I often communicate with Hauksbee in the old forum.
We have a thread there...

CombatAce - 3D Modelling Thread

...in which you could ask him about Boistrancourt, and I guess he would answer you.

Lou, sorry to necro this old posting, would like to know the status on this project, because I do like these bridges.

dutch, I unfortunately lost a fair portion of this project when I had computer issues a year or so back. I have found the model and textures but not the global layer file that places the test bridge into the landscape, and it was that file that took me hours to sort out so that things fit. I am hopeful that someday I can get back to this project and bring the bridge into WOFF.

Lou, I searched my computer thinking I might have your bridge mod but I guess I never had a trial version of it. I do remember your posts showing the pictures. C'est la vie!!

I remember that bridge addition...one of about 100 that needed to be reinstalled when all else failed. CFS first..then heaven help me...I can't remember how many great adds over the years until it was a topheavy modded miracle that always seemed ready to topple. The trick, as I recall, was to fly under the arches......sucess rate I've no recollection.....but seeing a train/convoy on that bridge was an irresistable target if you'd any missiles or bombs aboard. Do pls bring it on. Cheers
