I downloaded the latest version of nglide v1.05 and tried Longbow2 on Windows 10.

To do this I copied my working Windows 7 install over to my Windows 10 PC. I then made sure that the compatibility settings were correctly set to WindowsXP service pack 2 and set it to run as administrator. Next I set up my system with only one joystick (Thrustmaster virtual root joystick). I also loaded an image of my Longbow2 cd using Daemon tools.

It worked. I did had a crash when I was having to much fun firing hellfire missiles (I had fired 8 or so). But beside that it worked. I only flew a couple of instant action missions. I had no crashes when exiting the missions to the main menu.

This is all I have done so far. It may not be completely stable but it worked. Maybe someone who knows Longbow 2 better than I can improve upon it. That is if your upgrading to Windows 10, which we will all do eventually if MS has their way.
