Hi,

Getting back into BOB II and have installed the patches up to 2.12 with skins. I've noticed that none of the in game videos or campaign videos are playing. Am I missing something? I don't have them set as "skip" in the settings so they should play. Any ideas?

Either you download the files discussed in the thread here: http://a2asimulations.com/forum/viewtopic.php?p=161307#p161307
Also make sure you have "Disable desktop composition" UNchecked in the compatibility options (in the properties of the Bob shortcut).

Alternatively you can download a legacy video codec, but I had problems installing it, so I would not recommend it.

Undercarriage lever a bit sticky was it, Sir?

Agreed. Downloading and replacing the existing videos is the simpler option.

Quick question, if I may.
There is a file in the Avi folder along with the avi's called DIR. DIR.
Should this also be taken out with the original Avi files and replaced with the new download, which does not contain a DIR. DIR. file?

Plays fine inside the folder, but not in the game. sigh
