For all newbies, to make it even easier - here is the link: "Wings Over Flanders Fields" - FAQ + "How to get started" "How to get started" is on page 41, I think. But it is useful to read the whole of it - there is a lot you might want to know.

Thx guys, I already had found the above mentioned documents, was wondering if there was a formal manual, guess not. Just totally surprised there isn't something so basic and so needed. Something explaining things like all the choices in the Workshop would be nice, for example. Some are obvious, but a couple are pretty opaque. I'll yell if I really need to know. WOFF seems rather a sort of amateur hobby product for the in-group who have been with OFF/WOFF for years. I found several things scrounging through the website. But really for a commercial product there should be a document, a manual, that collects all this and presents it to the purchaser rather than a raw download with the install information tucked away in a generic document only to be found by paging through the website. At least one bit of info on the website about patching left me quite confused, I closed my eyes and gave it my best shot - I think I got it right, but things shouldn't be that way. The above said, I've got TrackIR working and having finally found the Key Command graphic, back to paging through the website again, will hopefully have everything with the joystick and throttle and programmable key module setup today. Hope to be flying soon.

Hi Andyp, Welcome to WOFF. I would suggest you check out the links on this page under WOFF Documents. http://www.overflandersfields.com/downloadsWOFF3.html http://www.overflandersfields.com/Downloads/WOFF%20Key%20Guide.pdf http://www.overflandersfields.com/Downloads/WOFF%20Key%20Guide%20Print.pdf http://www.overflandersfields.com/Downloads/Gameplay%20and%20AI%20Questions.pdf http://www.overflandersfields.com/Downloads/FAQ%20WOFF.pdf Might want to let us know what version of WOFF you have, what addons, some system specs, and what controls you use, joystick, TrackIR, etc. F6 will toggle the view from cockpit to gunsite. F1 will cycle though different views. I use CTRL-SHIFT-q to end a mission.
