I just received R6:Siege in the mail today. I loaded it and played it both Lone Wolf and team play. It's using up 3.6GB vRam. Wow. Maybe that's because I'm plan at 4K.

My main problem was my inability to get my microphone to work when on a team that had lit mics. I was on another team for several games (I let Uplay matchmake for me because no one I know plays this game or has the slightest interest) and no one spoke. Turns out I already had a Uplay password and nickname from years ago. Thank God I wrote it down.

Anyway. How does one get the mic to work? Is it something you have to do in-game? What screen? I admit I have no idea how to really play this game (what am I supposed to do with the points I've accumulated?) but it is fun throwing up barricades, meleeing down walls, and all the repelling and climbing. But this is more Vegas than Raven Shield or the original R6/Rogue Spear.

By the way, my Uplay nickname is....you guessed it, Plainsman. I'd love to play with some of you guys, if you're willing to take the lead.

Hey there Plainsman, the talk feature is push to talk, all you need to do is define the key in control settings. There is a default key but I can't remember what it is except that it is not that convenient. I set mine to left alt. The renown points you gain will earn can be used to buy new operators and weapon atttchments. You posted this a couple of weeks ago so I'm sure you have sussed it by now.
I'm really enjoying this one, I have a few gripes, but its a welcome change of pace from BF4.
