The cockpit glass changes depending on what weather you are flying in.
You get the "smudgy" panes in bad weather logically enough.
I looked at this years ago and, I don't remember the details, but at the time a "fix" (to have always clear glass) didn't come off as easily workable.
Then I got a new computer, graphics card, WOFF 2.0, and things looked much better - in fact I like the fact the glass changes in the weather types.
Another "atta-boy" for OBD!
Since I have no idea what WOFF version you are running - or your hardware setup - I would say look there first. Pixelated, as I use the term, usually means I need to do something to my graphics settings.
Obviously I am not much help for you I am afraid!
EDIT: If you wish to play around with it the weather dependent cockpit glass overlays are kept in the Terrain folder (not the main WOFF folder) under weather folder tag. .This is by memory so I may not have the names exactly right but they are there unless things have changed.
