Hi all,

Working on the A10C at the moment and pretty NOOB.
Got through all the DSC training ok and doing some of the Instant actions.
I run a full rig (Warthog HOTAS and Pedals etc)

My question:
I somehow got both MFCDs displaying the exact same options (was spazing and hit something). For the life of me I could not figure out how to set the left back to its default config. I know how to change a single OSB but....

So, what the heck did I do so I don't do it again...and how does on fix that if I do?

Thanks in advance
Boog

You can always load the MFD component from the data cartridge via the LOAD page. Failing that one could just set every page direct access slot to what you want.

I don't know exactly what "both MFDs displaying the exact same options" means.

I will try to explain better. In my Instant Action mission, the two MFCDs where already set up as I started in flight. They displayed different things on each OSB on both left and right. However when I did something I cant recreate I somehow set the left MFCD to be an exact copy of the right. I could not figure out how to fix it without manually reconfiguring each OSB.

That help?

There are a few MFD situations that can be identical L/R. Anything else is a bug. When the plane boots up for the first time it shows the LOAD format on both. There's also holding coolie up long to look at the DL messages. I assume you can get both DISPLAY PROGRAM formats up as well (changing what is in each slot).

Yep it was in flight situation that I screwed up the displays. I can fix each OSB but cant seem to either replicate the event and reverse it.

Call for a redball before launch. An avionics techician will come out, smack you on top of your head for pilot error, and fix the problem (does not wok in the OFF position). wink

Just funnin'...lol..
