So I had been playing A-10 and noticed certain keypresses or HOTAS buttons were not working correctly. I pressed ESC to check the controls settings and instead of pausing and going to the menu, it minimized and went to desktop. I could still hear the sim on audio. I had 2 File Explorer windows open and whenever I hit ESC, it would switch between the windows back and forth with each ESC press as if I was alt-tabbing to them. If I pressed the DCS button on the taskbar, it would restore, and ONLY then will it be paused and in the menu for changing settings/exiting the game etc. Anyone know what's going on? I thought maybe it's a sim bug, but it's affecting desktop things as well, so I'm stumped...

Stuck ALT and/or CTRL key? (Alt-Esc does something similar to what you describe).

Maybe, but I don't know what is doing that. Like right now, after reboot, it is fine on desktop.

Here's another weird thing. In-game, if I am about to fire a Mav and hit the weapons release button, the gun fires rather than the missile/bomb selected. Later the Mav won't fire at all.

Only thing I can think of is I'm flying the training Mav mission. I've done it several times so I just kind of take off while the instructor is talking and go blow stuff up, hitting the buttons he is instructing me to hit ahead of him saying so. Could that be confusing the sim and keyboard?
