I would take that logo off asap if I were you smile And any other you might have on your products. Once they leave your computer and enter the real world, you're in for some real trouble.

Those guys want big bucks for that kind of stuff smile

Looks easy enough to adapt the 109 handle assembly to suit the Fw190.

This, use the Bf 109 knob fit well for early Fw 190 models.

For lather the knob is more width and knurled to be turned to adjust the gunsight range (like in P-51), e.g. the DCS Fw 190 D-9.

Lather war models, D-11 - Ta-152 use a simplified version, with straight lever, the Arsenal 45 replica version looks based in this models.

That looks a lot more like the canopy unlock arm than it does the throttle arm. smile

Great stuff man! I'm new to posting, but I've been watching your progress for a long time on the spitfire gear. I've finally gotten into cad a bit and have started modeling parts for the Mustang. I picked up a $220 i3 printer that prints better than the makerbots at my job! Crazy how affordable things are these days. 3d printers are a dream come true for people wanting to make their own prototype gear. I've been flying with my own fully 3d printed throttle for months, but only recently found all the blueprints I need to make a true scale one.

more pics: http://imgur.com/a/ZPLlM

( I know, the mix knob is on the rpm level ;P )

I just signed in because I was excited to share the progress of my first true scale model, almost finished:

I fixed the ripple issue seen in this photo since:

Here's prototype #2 all finished:

I'm going to build myself a replica set of mustang pedals and forks.

This forum has been a huge source of inspiration and ideas for me. Keep up the good work!

Ive just got my Vellerman K8200 up and running as well but have some fine tuning to do as the print quality isnt best yet and only want quality parts to go out to you guys..

Also now have a Fb page up for my design work.

Woa. This thread (and your blogs) is amazing. Lots of great reference material. I'm looking at building a scale spit sim using traditional methods (riveting, welding, machining).
