On more than one occasion, after a mission, the debrief shows my observer was killed when he is alive and well flying the next mission. Anyone else notice this happen?

Hey MFair,
I did notice that happening sometimes. Sometimes it even listed me as killed, without ever taking a hit. There is an easy fix - switch to single-seaters. biggrin

From out of my arse take the camshaft,
And assemble the engine again."

It's no big deal. With so many great things in WOFF its too minor to worry about.

High over the Front
True but if you never make it "official" it may never be fixed.

The same for me. Also, quite often, debriefing shows him as wounded or heavy wounded, but he is always ready for next mission without even a day spent in hospital.

Sounds like maybe WOFF is running the observers like HAs.
