Hey MFair, I did notice that happening sometimes. Sometimes it even listed me as killed, without ever taking a hit. There is an easy fix - switch to single-seaters.

On more than one occasion, after a mission, the debrief shows my observer was killed when he is alive and well flying the next mission. Anyone else notice this happen? The same for me. Also, quite often, debriefing shows him as wounded or heavy wounded, but he is always ready for next mission without even a day spent in hospital.
