Pol has no Idea how much I would pay for the magic "WOFF GOLD". $$ 300 would suit me just fine. I have spent DAYS trying to work the issue and just uninstalled the lot. I do have the OFFBH&H along with WOFF V.1 Disk.
LOVE DISK. Hell, I will give you $300 and my old golf clubs to boot.

Down loading WOFF is a very long process with my wimpy Verizon MIFI ( and my "rig" is much to heavy seak out better wifi). Last time I went through this "goat rope" the first 3 tries failed, but got it on the forth try.
And of course if all 5 do not work , just haul out the "mastercard" and run at futilty again. And of course I backed up all of my downloads on thumb drives only to find out the were corrupt when I tried to re install.

I know life is a #%&*$# sometimes, but this one has a head full of snakes.

POL, make that $400 for WOFF with all of the goodies included.

Other wise I have to try to find out what Order to buy and install everything in that correct order.
Should have that done by 2016 and mostlikly pay for multuble downloads due to failed attempts.

SO, Rick, do not start another challenge until I get up to speed.

How can your download back ups be bad if you used them to install WOFF back when you ordered them?

I hope the uninstall/reinstall Gods are good to you today wave

I do not know!!!! I placed them in my Thumb Drive ( much larger than the space needed) and when I tried to
use them last week end they were corrupt. I tried again and "corrupt" again.

This whole GURU thing is so (*&^%$# $%#@ frustrating I am ready to give up!!!!!!

CW, take a deep breath. Go have a beer, or two, forget it for a few days. Being a fellow computer Dummie, I feel your pain. Lucky I have a daughter who is a computer whiz. I don't even download a patch without her making sure it is done right. There is bound to be someone who is computer savvy enough to help you through it. Ask around. Been right where you are a few times myself, almost took the 45 to the computer one time!

Hope you get it sorted out. Last but certainly not least, thank you for your service. salute

Have a cyber brew on me for vets day cheers

Perhaps copy them from the thumb drive to your computer and then try to run them?

If you pull a thumb drive out of a PC without turning it off first, you stand the chance of corrupting the thumb drive's boot sector and then you are "screwed".

Always, always turn off the thumb drive before extracting it from you PC.

Due to just such a possibility, I have multiple external hard drives for my system image and all downloadable software.

In fact, the last time I reinstalled WOFF, one of the add ons was corrupt on one of my disks...but not on the other. I can't tell you why. I copied a copy of WOFF to both disks from the working copy on my main drive and yet one had some copy error and the other didn't.

I'm sorry for your troubles CW3SF. The bright side is that I didn't find the actual reinstall too terribly painful. I'm sure that once you get your download redownloaded you'll be good to go and back in the skies!

I have WOFF and add ons\expansions on two separate hard drives and uploaded to One Drive.

Remember you do get a set amount of downloads you can use!. So you may not have top BUY them again.

I am sure I left one download if WOFF2 not used( some time ago ).

So how do I go about finding out if it is still there and not "over time expired"?

Lots of good advice here!!

Avangate has your customer order info stored. I'd probably start there and if the time has expired then I'd contact WOFF support.

Maybe they could issue a Re-download link for a donation.... LINK HERE

Send an email to our support email address. Use the email address you ordered with - or tell us what it was when you ordered if that changed since) so we can try to find your order.
