Showcasing two of the new arrivals for IL2 BoM.
We have the P.40E, and the Bf109 E7, both decked out for war in the Libyan desert...

That P-40 is sweet! Amen Sluggish, we need the Med. Between DCS and BoS sims I'm sooo tired of seeing the Eastern Block and the Black Sea.

Great pics! And yes, I agree, a modern WW2 MED simulation would be sooooo cool!

A little OT, I read a lot of peoples posts around the forums and for a long time folk seem to want the Med as a theatre, why is this, I mean what is so great about the Med?

Appreciation in advance,

Mick. smile

They look superb!

As for the Med, i would love it but people would just end up moaning about too much sand as they do about too much snow. wink

I don't think they will... this theatre has been asked for, and still comes tops in the polls that have been carried out since I don't know when.
It's crying out to be done properly, but hey ho... what do I know smile

(it's why there are a wealth of desert skins produced for the relevant aircraft)

But then again the game is controlled by the russkies... so I guess it will stay on the eastern front for years to come biggrin
