XCOM 2 is the sequel to the 2012 XCOM Enemy Unknown which was a remake of the original. As a matter of fact, if you like this turn based alien type games then you really should be playing Xenonauts. The graphics aren't as good as the newer games but the gameplay is much better. Xenonauts is closer to the original.

Xenonauts looks pretty much like Jagged Alliance 2 - another great Turn-based-Game (JA2 is a satiric View on mercenary Warfare. Something, that is becoming more and more topical today...)
