It looks like BBC America is trying to capitalize on the success of "Vikings" from the History Channel.

There is a theory which states that if ever anyone discovers exactly what the universe is for it will instantly disappear and be replaced by something even more inexplicable. There is another theory which states that this has already happened.
I am very excited about this, hopefully they do it justice. I am hopeful, as the general quality of historic shows has improved a lot, I think, starting with things like Rome and Band of Brothers.

Band of Brothers was just a miniseries but it started a major trend with historical-based shows on cable tv that is still going on today.
