I want to express my thanks for the improvements that have been made to the game. I played this sim years ago and it is much more enjoyable now. The force feedback, the sounds, the improvements in flight model, and the most excellent work on the avionics and cockpits are nothing short of amazing. Thank you all very much!

I realize no one may be actively working on the sim right now, but if someone is in the mood and happens to see this, could you check out the function of radar (Hellfire L) missiles? I've noticed several instances of the missiles impacting the ground right beside stationary tanks, failing to kill them. This seems to be happening when the missiles are fired in LOBL mode. Using LOAL mode seems to fix the issue.

Thank you all again!

Another small issue that I might be able to fix myself with some guidance:

The pilot's head position in the KA-50 appears to be too far to the rear, so that you can't see out the side cockpit windows to the right and left. I tried using ctrl \ and the numpad keys to correct, but the center of view rotation stays the same when moving the view forward, resulting in the view clipping through the cockpit model to the right and left when looking right and left respectively. i.e. moving the camera around is like extending it on a stick from it's original position- you can move it forward, but the center of rotation doesn't move with the camera.

yep, I noticed that issue too. widewiev feature wasn't available originally, and default cockpits works not really proper with it (and some of the new cockpits that based on default code). problem itself in the code, but pilot head position can be changed in the cockpit scene file. not sure such solution will worth it, you have to spent a lot of time understanding how everything works (editors, converters etc.).
