I'm thinking the film is going to have the look and feel of "Mad Max" mixed in with "Firefly".

I never finished the 2nd but will some day. The first was fun but it won't make that great of a movie. The stories are not that good and the setting isn't very unique or interesting. It can turn out decent but there are better games out there to make movies out of IMO.

Agreed Flogger. I badly want to see a Mass Effect and a Half Life movie. With the right people involved those films could be really great.

Yes, the game needs quality production values and top notch writing, as all movies and TV shows based on games have gotten!
