MarkG inspired me to chronicle my method of cooking chicken wings on the BBQ. Definitely not as healthy as a salad but lets continue with our SimHQ cooking series shall we?

1) Wash the wings and cut off any excess skin/fat
2) Make a tray with some tin foil (double layer), put it on the barbie, put your wings in there and sprinkle them with any sort of spice you can think of
3) After about 15 mins on medium heat, theyre ready to flip. Flip em and spice em
D) After another 10 mins theyre ready for the grill
5) Get your sauce ready. I like to put my sauce in the bowl Ill be tossing the wings in and nuke it for about a minute to get the sauce warmed up
6) After grilling the wings for a few minutes each side, just throw them into your sauce bowl
7) Get those tasty bastards all saucy!
8) Eat em! You could plate them but I like to keep them in the bowl because they stay hot and saucy!
Unfortunately my spices and sauces are highly classified. Use whatever you think would taste good and recommend it here. The point I wanted to convey is not to burn the dang things on the grill and in the mean time cook them all the way through ... hence cooking them on tin foil for the first stages.
