If it all works like it shows here, especially like the stream to my PC when the wife wants to watch TV:

how to guide... guess I can't use my trusty Xbox 360 wired controller, has to be a ONE controller...if I understand that correctly, damn it... at least I have a spare one.

It works very well, Been usinv it for a while to play on my PC instead of in living room.

Hopefully support for 360 Wheels / Wireless is added, save me $300+ lol, Since I mount wheel to my desk, Its just better to play on my PC.

on 10Mbit Lan setting i can stream w/ Med. Prest, 100Mbit/1Gbit I can stream maxxed with no delay.

plus I can record the feed on PC with minimal impact, as rendering and stuff is done on Xbox One.

If FM6 comes out on WinX Marketplace I'll die happy.

My source is hinting that XB0 will be the last console by MS, Xbox Games and Hardware will be made for Xbox On Windows soon.

Considering the XB0 will soon be running Win10 and DX12, it just makes it easier to port.

Open Visual Studio and change compiler from x86-64 Xbox to x86-64 Windows.

Done.

Here is my question: aren't the varied hardware configurations on PCs going to cause issues in development of stable and consistent games? I mean, the main reason consoles are my favorite way to play, and why to me they are advantageous, is I don't have to mess with drivers, compatibility with video cards, etc. to get a piece of software to work.

Just wondering.....

"For I know the plans that I have for you," declares the Lord, "plans for welfare and not for calamity to give you a future and a hope." Jeremiah 29:11

Blessed are you when people insult you and persecute you, and falsely say all kinds of evil against you because of Me. Matthew 5:11

Indeed we call blessed those who have persevered. You have heard of the perseverance of Job, and you have seen the purpose of the Lord, because “the Lord is compassionate and merciful. James 5:11

no, because your not running it on PC just streaming the video/audio and controls.

Installed Windows 10 last night without any issues, everything seems to be working fine, didn't care for the new internet explorer...edge or whatever, but once I found my stuff it's growing on me.

Tested the Xbox ONE app...works great...just like you see on your Xbox ONE home screens...

Then tested the stream service... ran a test first passed with flying colors on low, med, and high... thou it did recommend that both the PC and the ONE should be on wire networks... my PC is wired with 75MB down/30 up... my Xbox ONE which is 5 yards away is on wireless with 30 down and 12 up.

It works really well and great with SP games like a round of golf or some races against AI... then I booted up Battlefield hardline, it worked and worked not to bad... I was trying to tell if there was lag in the shooting seemed like there might be but I might just suck too... the graphics did seem to auto lower for the high of the other games to the low...

So IMO, it's great if you want to play some SP games on your Xbox ONE but someone's hogging the TV... but your best bet is still to play on the TV, where the graphics and quality of game play seem to be best. Not recommended if your a completive or clan based shooter fan, just possible to much of a very minor lag or read on inputs.

Yes and No,
Xbox One Games Compiled to Run on DX12 would run on Windows as long as the syatem meets the similar minimum Specs.

Xbox One will be Running Windows 10 and DX12 soon.

The XboxRendering Engine is dead, Xbox will become a brand within Windows.

FM5 Floor demos were running on DX12 Windows PCs.
FM6 will Utilize DX12 in Sept.

XBO has essentially become a steam pc.

Running x86-64 Windows 10 and DX12 at its core.

Keyboard and mouse gaming support on the way, then Streaming Games from PC to XBO later.

But the devs could re compile for PC and cbange some options easily.
