In the "old days" take, for example, Billy Bishop.
On his first day at the front historically (60 Squadron in March 8th or 9th 1917) he would show as a Major in the Campaign Screens.
When pointed out I was advised it was campaign engine limitations which is quite understandable.
I did not specifically crank up a 60 Squadron career right now and check but, going by memory of my last one, he no longer starts as a Major IIRC.
In looking at multiple other HA's in my current active careers (1, 56, and J11) it looks like some of the HA's are not at their final (highest) rank like the "old days" of OFF/WOFF. Though a couple are.
So I guess the question would be are HA's getting promoted as they did historically as the campaign progresses?
Or am I hallucinating here?
