Latest SB has some cool high tier stuff in, getting some time in the Panther F, the Coelian and the Kugelblitz which is a blast. Opener was Normandy and she opened with a bang !

Decided to follow this Jug as i had moved my Kugelblitz beside a house and away from the front line as all i could do was get pumped and not really contribute ground wise while the big boys battled it out. He zoomed up flat biscuit and i had to go fully vertical with the twin 30's to train on him.

He topped out at 4000 feet, right on the edge of the stall here as you can see his wing failing to bite.

About the best i could do to try and show the height he was above

Him stalling over, sight zoomed right in, further zoomed in paint program

On his way down again

Finally after nearly going deaf from the twin 30's i got a hit as he was falling more flatly than forwardly

You can see his wings are still not biting yet

He has just passed 520kmh now and really picking up speed, spraying and praying in front of him at this stage and managed another hit. He still got his last bomb away though.

Rounds everywhere, it seems the longer you fire the more random your bullets fly in the Kugel, short bursts seem to stay tight. Wing off and down for the count for the Jug regardless

His bomb misses a Panther F on the road just behind his impact explosion and i start to open up on the next Jug that appears on the scene. An Su silenced my twins about ten seconds later biggrin

One thing i really like about WT is how the air burst smoke, smoke and vapour trails hang around after a plane goes down, nice and immersive.

Speaking of immersive, better get back to battle, need to defend Normandy from the Russian Jugs, Su's and Il2s wink

lovely. Have to say I am really getting into this game, for me it strikes a nice sim/fun balance and knocking out player machines is VERY satisfying
