I play WOFF on a laptop. The CPU is a i7-2670QM. It is rated as 2.2-3.1 ghz. As I understand it {and I am probably wrong} it's normal speed is 2.2 but can throttle as high as 3.1.

Is my laptop running WOFF at 2.2? or does it run faster {up to 3.1}? Is the 3.1 what the 2.2 is running all 4 processors?

You only have one CPU (processor), but four cores. Your normal speed is 2.2 MHz (using all four cores), you can TURBO up to 3.1 MHz (using just one core).

Since WOFF only uses one core, it should play close to 3.1 MHz, if you do not have something else in the background trying to use a second core (which would reduce your Turbo speed).

CPU = i9 11900K
GPU = RTX 3080 Ti
Monitor = ASUS ROG Swift PG32UQX 2160p G-sync

Thank You.

I was wondering about how I was able to run the game as well as it does.
