My apologies for for going off on a tangent of my own and not considering the webhosting space.
Nightwish is like my own home grown red peppers mixed with hard apple cider and maple syrup.
That is an awesome pork chop recipe. Hard rub the peppers in with a sprinkle of brown sugar, marinate in hard apple cider overnight. When grilling the next afternoon, lay on maple syrup mixed with with crushed pepper via a clean/new paint brush....

Oh, apple juice will work fine for the overnighter pork...i just like having a snort while making the marinade. The alcohol cooks off...there is a difference in taste in the meat from the hard cider than from the apple juice, ain't huge, and ya might miss it depending on the meat rub and your taste buds.

Yea, pork always takes a marinade very well. And I usually buy apple cider and let it sit around till it "hardens" a bit to take the overly sweet edge off it. Not much of a drinker but I can always spring for a 6-pack of something. The last one lasted all summer and was used for "beer & BBQ" basted country ribs...yum!

I use my homemade Maple, but you can add crushed dried red peppers to Aunt Jemiamah's or whatever store bought stuff. Lay it in heavy after you flip the meat....OOOOhhh it's soooo Good.

At 78 I find that the short term memory is slipping a bit. List help and double checking each thing you do is good. Trying to do several things ends up with one or more getting left undone, so I do a few at a time and all gets done. The names of uninportant people become "missfiled" in my "file box" some where in my cortex. Old triva is quickly retrieved while watching TV Quiz shows.
But my wife and I go on RVing for 23 years ( summer in Steamboat Springs Colorado and winter in AZ ) using list to move " lock stock and barrel " twice a year.
Once I go outdoors all of it comes togather. Tying a polomar knot is automatic even after an eight month time gap. All of those skills are as sharp as ever. Sounds and smells are responded to just like 60 years ago.
The options are few. Cope or check out!
Some how I think you bunch of great guys will know before most when and where I go.
