My wingmen are idiots. I ordered them to attack my target, and they fire their entire Hellfire load right into the ground. They are constantly getting blown out of the sky. I don't remember them being this stupid. I'm using the Cockpit mod EXE, and was wondering if there is a setting that I need to tweak. Or if maybe I'm just a terrible C/O.

it's true, there was problems with wingmen actions before, but after missiles guidance code was changed (and AGM114R with wide launch angle appeared) it became even worse. some code tweaks to make them use weapons more accurate should be made, but you can try to decrease max_launch_angle_error for different weapons in GWUT file.
