Just saw your post. I just recently upgraded my system and bought a new Gigabyte GTX980 4GB (great card btw). It replaced my Gigabyte GTX670 2GB.

I don't know what size case or power supply you have but it is a better card than what you have at the moment. It is long (11") and the min power supply they recommend is 550W I think.

To help you get by till you save up enough for a better GFX card I'll let you have it for free; to give it a good home. Its in its original box and runs just like new. Never had any problems with it.

As long as you're not on the other side of the world (I'm in California) I'll ship it.

I assume the i5 760 is a good bit slower than the more modern 4690K? And I think it is a different socket? If so, you would need a new motherboard & CPU. Graphics card is a bit old. 8GB of RAM should be fine for any game. If your PSU is sufficient you can keep that and just about everything else in the PC.

I can tell you going from an i5 750 overclocked to 3.9Ghz, to a 4690k overclocked to 4.2Ghz lets my computer convert a FLAC file to MP3 in half the time. There is simply no comparison when encoding a video too.
