Warship - the Black Fleet Trilogy book 1 by Joshua Dalzelle nice scifi / navy in space story which lead me to

Omega Force books by the same author, again SciFi space opera and has kept me in stitches reading it, the interplay between the characters is very well done and the writing has improved over the course of the 7 books I have now read.

I did read Michener's Alaska, almost through Space (I must have read that a long time ago, I recall tiny bits of it). I have the Drifters and Mexico but I need a change for my next book so I picked up the new Greg Iles' The Bone Tree. Iles hasn't released anything in a long time,,, he must need some cash smile

Also bought A Savage War Of Peace (Ark Royal Book 5) by Christopher Nuttall. I read a couple of his space series.

OTOH I kinda liked Trashman.

Yep, I was reading the unabridged version.

Trashcan Man was one of the best characters for sure.

Me thinks I missed Iles' 'Natchez Burning' (April 2014). This new 'The Bone Tree' starts off right where the last one ended, and looks to be the second in a trilogy. I'll put down The Bone Tree for now and catch up with Natchez Burning.

Read it when I was in college. Excellent biography of Winston Churchill.

A bit full of himself if you ask me, but Leeson did manage to fool everyone.
