Way back in time even before OFF3 there was a forum Simouthouse that was containing a small section for a WW1 add-on for CFS3, pity they have moved all the old topics. But in this forum there was also lots of other CFS3 stuff.

We have CFS3 installed for WoFF, but sometimes we want to play something different, so here we go:
ETO
MAW
Korea
PTO
Rising sun

Get your downloads and do your readings for more info on:

Hello dutch,

Can you get all in one installers now.

I did try ETO a long time ago but there were too many downloads to get, and from memory you had to use Martin Wrights multi CFS3 installer or something. I like one shot installers like WOFF now.

Regards MarkL

Korea? And the PTO? How do they look/play? Going to have to go over and see what I can find.

You will find in simouthouse lots of links for all these add-on's Think Sim-outhouse is a good start to explore further.

There was also a group of guys called the 46th Design Team, who amongst other things made scenery, missions, and a campaign for Italy:

Italy scenery: http://www.sim-outhouse.com/sohforums/local_links.php?linkid=5380&catid=129
Italy missions: http://www.sim-outhouse.com/sohforums/local_links.php?catid=128
Italy campaign: http://www.sim-outhouse.com/sohforums/local_links.php?linkid=5380&catid=129

The thing is, in all that is the makings of a seaplane base. Could this be somehow modified to work in WOFF? That would enable the use of Brandenburgs, Felixstones......!

As for the Italy scenery, I don't think it went north enough to get into where things were going on for WWI, but maybe those who understand this stuff can look at it? I believe they worked on the global layer files, in addition to facilities, etc. I can't seem to find any current link to the 46th guys themselves for more info, but the files are there for downloading.

Several years ago, I successfully added all the OFF aircraft into the then existing MAW structure. Flew missions in the desert etc.

Unfortunately I don't recall exactly what I did at the time. IIRC, I believe that I transposed the OFF a/c and pertinent files into the MAW file structure deleting what appeared to be WW2 related etc. Worked great.

Still have it on my PC. Every now and then I'll fly a mission or two through the fabulous MAW scenery, in an OFF a/c. Terrific simming.

If I could do this, then anyone probably can; and those with PC skills could probably figure out WOFF a/c into MAW as well. Didn't take very long either as I recall.
