I will second that Carrick. One of these days I might even live through one! Always a great time Rick. Do I remember you hinting you have another up your sleeve?

Yeah, that was great Fun :-)
...and even the meager Number of Survivors shows another Aspect of how precisely WOFF simulates the Realism of WW1 Air Combat. Remember the Line "You have survived the average Flight Time..."?
We just see the Result... but I can imagine that it must be very satisfying for the Developers to see, that something, that is depending on a huge amount of Variables, is working out precisely.
Congrats to them, too.

Hey guys, as everyone is winding up their flights, make sure to re-submit the survey in the first post, I also added a question about how you died, if you did...

Sorry Rick, but I deleted the pilot and created a new one for that slot.

Like I said on page 58, an "Air to Air" with a Spad on mission #19 took me out.

When "reserected" I went on for 29 missions, 28 kills and a total of 3 promotions.

I always fly as leader, and so far make good choices.

FUN STUFF to be sure.

Alright guys, it was a heated contest, but after some serious number crunching, it looks like

RAF Louvert is the overall winner!!!!!!!!

winner
kneeldown

Here's the overall breakdown:

In one of the closest finishes ever, MudWasp eked out Robert Wiggins by JUST ONE POINT to come in first place on the German side.

Overall, the British side shot down 60 enemy craft at a loss of 6 of their own while the Germans shot down 86 enemy craft at a loss of 7 of their own.

So, Louvert can either keep his fantastic book or choose the mug, with MudWasp getting whatever Lou doesn't choose. Let's hear it for ALL our outstanding participants!

yeah yeah yeah yeah yeah yeah

Well, that's all folks!

The challenge is Over!

P.S. Me and youtube are having a discussion over copyright. There are 137,432 1/2 unlicensed versions of Carly Simon's song out there but mine has to be muted. If I get it to work, I'll put it on youtube, for now, the link is to my Google drive, let me know if it is not viewable...

WHAT??!! I was sure someone else had this one.

Well, thanks Rick for hosting another super challenge, it was a ton of fun as usual. To the prizes, I would like to pass them both along as I already have a fine challenge mug, and of course the book. So, Rick if you would present the mug and book to the 2nd and 3rd winners that would be great. Also, nearly forgot to get the medal ready for you to present to all the contestants but I will send that to you in just a moment Rick.

Thanks again!
