I almost left the shack on a beer run with a buddy wearing my TrackIr 2 ball cap with the TrackIr 5 three point hat clip, black duct tape over the original brim refelector, and bread ties holding the three point clip into the hat air holes.... New drive tru beer barn in PA. We never left the truck. Got back and flew some WOFF, ....he forgot he was wearing the cap for a goood 4 minutes after some QC fun.

In theory, there is no difference between theory and practice. But in practice, there is.

PS3 camera? You don't need that for TrackIR? Do you have a TrackIR? If so plug in this thing, clip it to your headphones/headset, then in TrackIR software choose "TrackClip Pro" as your "tracking". You are talking about a PS3 camera and that is what is missing a driver?? You only need that if you are NOT using TrackIR, and instead using a free Head tracking software like FaceNoTrackir. If you are, then as per the delan website http://www.delanengineering.com/manual/ scroll down to the PS3 bit.. ?

Password problems again, so I'm in disguise. "in mufti, as t'were.) You are right Pol. I perched the TrackIR camera back on my monitor, plugged in my D-Clip and it works fine. I guess I simply mis-read the pitch on the Delan site. Ah well. If anything, it works better than the original TrackIR. I switched over from FRAPS to Mirillis Action! for screen caps. Like FRAPS, it uses F9 to start the capture, but does not conflict with TrackIR F9 which pauses TrackIR. A blessing.

The password problems must be some program or setting on your PC Hauksbee? Hmmmm.I'll check in with my tech-guy and ask him.

The password problems must be some program or setting on your PC Hauksbee? The only advice he could give was to run a program called CCCleaner and check the box that says "Open Saved Passwords". This will clean out all passwords and that I could re-create them when I next visit those sites. But that is casting a very broad net to try to solve a single problem site. I've looked all over the SimHQ site, and I see no "Contact Us" link. Does anyone know a person that is contactable at SimHQ?

Searh web for: SimHQ.com
At the home page, top menu, right end: Click on 'about us'
On that page: Click on 'contact us'
List there of SimHQ contacts plus an email address.
Doug used to run the site, but no longer . Not sure who is the main man now.
I think it might be Tom '20mm' now.

Thanks, Sandbagger. I got a query off to them. Got a reply. It seems that passwords are stored somewhere in the bowels of my browser. SimHQ can reset my password, but not look at the current one. So next I check in with my tech guy and find out where they are in Firefox and delete the outdated ones.
